Faydo Capture

Capture Terms

These terms govern a Capture account created directly in the mobile app for day-to-day or event lead capture. Capture is a paid business service with a limited trial for new accounts.

Version capture-2026-09-28

1. Who this is between

These terms are between Taladhwaja Global Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("Faydo", "we") and the individual or organisation that owns the Capture account ("you"). The person accepting them confirms that they are authorised to create the account and accept these terms. We record the accepted version, time and account.

2. What Capture does

Capture lets you record a lead by photographing a visiting card, entering the details manually, or showing a QR code that a customer scans with their phone. Team accounts can share products, leads and a customer-facing QR across invited members. The account owner and admins manage the team and the account's data.

Visiting-card and manual capture record details supplied to your representative. They do not by themselves create a customer consent record. A representative may separately record the permission evidence that was given. In the customer QR flow, the customer chooses what to share and what your business may follow up about; that choice creates a distinct consent record.

3. Trial and paid access

We may change the trial allowance for future accounts. A change does not shorten a trial already shown as active in your account.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Access, exports and deletion

A team member sees the leads they captured. Owners and admins can see the account's leads and manage the team. Export and account-level deletion are restricted to the roles shown in the app. A lead remains with the account when a team member leaves. Deleting a trial lead does not restore a used trial slot.

6. Offline capture and third-party services

A capture made without a connection may be kept on that device and sent when the network returns. You are responsible for letting queued captures finish before removing the app, clearing its data, changing accounts or disposing of the device. Customer QR flows may depend on WhatsApp, mobile networks and other services we do not control.

7. Data protection

Faydo processes account, lead and consent data to provide Capture, secure accounts, maintain records and respond to data-rights requests. When lead details are made available to your business, you are responsible for your own use of them and for complying with the law that applies to that use, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable.

Captured data is retained so it remains available for follow-up until it is deleted under the available account controls or a valid request requires action. A photo of a visiting card taken by your representative may be kept with the lead so the extracted details can be checked, and is deleted with that lead. See the Capture Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Availability and limitations

We do not promise a number of leads, uninterrupted availability, perfect card-text recognition, or continuous availability of connectivity, WhatsApp or other third-party services. You should check captured details before relying on them. We may suspend capture where an account is inactive, its trial or paid period has ended, or the service is being used outside these terms. Suspension does not by itself delete existing leads.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service, commercial model or law changes. A revision receives a new version and applies when accepted or otherwise lawfully notified. It does not rewrite the version previously accepted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
