Faydo Capture

Capture Privacy Policy

This notice covers the Capture mobile app and direct Capture business accounts. It explains the account, lead and permission data Capture handles, who can see it, and the choices available to the people it concerns.

Who is responsible

Taladhwaja Global Ventures (OPC) Private Limited ("Faydo", "we") provides Capture. Grievance Officer: Kajal C, support@faydo.in. A business using a captured lead is also responsible for its own follow-up and use of that person's information.

What we collect

How capture and permission differ

Photographing a visiting card or entering a lead manually does not itself create a customer consent record. The representative can record separate permission evidence based on what the person agreed to. In the customer QR flow, the customer makes the choice on their own phone and that choice is kept as a distinct consent record. Capture labels these sources separately.

Why we use the data

We use this data to create and secure accounts, extract and correct card text, store and synchronise leads, show authorised users their records, provide exports, preserve permission history, enforce trial or paid access, prevent abuse, send trial-limit and account notices to the verified owner by email and WhatsApp, troubleshoot the service and respond to legal or data-rights requests.

Who can see a lead

A team member sees the leads they captured. Account owners and admins can see the account's leads and manage team access. Owners and admins can export account data; exports are recorded. A person who leaves a team loses access, while the lead remains with the business account. We disclose information where law requires it or where needed to protect the service and its users.

Offline data

If the phone is offline, an unsent card or manual capture and related permission evidence may remain on that device until it can be sent. The app identifies waiting items. Removing the app, clearing its data or changing devices before synchronisation can remove those local items.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the app and database, deliver sign-in or team emails, process files and operate customer messaging. A customer QR journey may use WhatsApp, whose own policy also applies. Providers receive only the data needed for their role and act under their own security and legal obligations.

Retention and deletion

Leads remain available for business follow-up until an authorised account user deletes them or a valid request requires action. A retained visiting-card image is deleted with its lead. Trial expiry or capture suspension does not delete existing leads. Limited security, transaction and consent-history records may be kept where needed to establish what happened, prevent abuse, meet legal duties or resolve a dispute.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your relationship to the account and the law that applies, you can ask to access, correct or erase personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. A customer can withdraw a customer QR permission. A business that copied details into its own systems must handle requests about its own copy. Write to support@faydo.in with enough detail for us to identify the relevant account or lead safely.

Security and changes

We use access controls, authenticated sessions and audit records appropriate to the service. No internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice when Capture, its providers or the law changes; the current date is shown at the top.
